Our hardware and software work together seamlessly to make acquisition, diagnostics, and monitoring a breeze. Our software is designed with user-friendly features and advanced proprietary algorithms for event localization, quantification, and prognostics. We offer various editions and licenses to suit your specific needs and budget.

The ScanGenie hardware series facilitates active acousto-ultrasonic data acquisition from a network of piezoelectric sensors embedded within or mounted on a structure. It enables damage detection in localized hot spots or large areas on metal and composite structures. The series includes various models that support different numbers of PZT channels, interface with other sensor types, and are designed for on-board or off-board applications.

AIM

Our Acellent Impact Monitor (AIM) software offers uninterrupted, live monitoring of impact incidents on any structure. It identifies, pinpoints, and measures impacts, and offers customizable visual and auditory notifications, as well as tools for advanced users to analyze the structural response (stress wave). A comprehensive record of impact events is kept, including the date/time, location, force, and energy of each event.

Our Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) solution utilizes "passive" acoustic wave analysis to detect impacts in all types of structures. AIM is designed to work with our SMART Layer sensor networks and IMGenie data-acquisition hardware, making it suitable for both laboratory and field applications, including real-world, in-service scenarios.

The SMART Layer® is our proprietary sensor appliqué, designed to be permanently mounted to any structure. It consists of a network of distributed sensors of various types, embedded in a thin carrier film, with integrated wiring and connectors. Standard and custom designs are available. Whether you're retrofitting an existing structure or integrating it into a new one, installation couldn't be simpler.
